This correspondence is being sent in response to the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request you submitted to the Midland Park Board of Education. As the official Records Custodian, I received this request on April 9, 2021. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is April 20, 2021. Your request for emails server logs with header information “[email address]” is denied because there are no records responsive to your request.

As to keywords “basketball”, “[email address]”, and “[email address]” your request is denied because it is broad and does not amount to an identifiable government record. If you choose to resubmit your request you must specifically identify the sender and recipient and the content and/or subject matter of the emails.
