I am seeking clarification please.

On Jan. 16, 2024 I submitted an OPRA request which included Point # 3:

3. "Copy of the confirmation the Borough Clerk sent the authorization to McNerney Associates as instructed in Res. 22 - 173."

Res. 22 - 173 instructed you as Borough Clerk to do the following:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the the Borough Clerk be and she is hereby authorized and directed to forward a copy of this resolution to McNerney Associates, upon its passage."

Your Jan. 31, 2024 reply states:

"There is no confirmation since the Resolution was emailed to Mr. Porro's office and to Mr. McNerney's office."

What I am seeking is a copy of the email you as the Borough Clerk sent to Mr. McNerney's office regarding the passage of Res. 22 - 173.

I hope this clears up the matter and what I am looking for, kindly send me a copy of that email at your earliest convenience.
