The Borough's Zoning Ordinance would permit an office use for (Individual and Family Services). The use of the upper floors as apartments in that structure can continue.

Please be advised that the change of use from a mercantile use (presently) to a Business use will trigger at a minimum a Building Code analysis by an NJ Licensed Architect for Code compliance prior to a Certificate of Occupancy being issued.

Building permits will be required for any alterations.
