Dear Freehold Regional High School District,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Responding to your recent denial of my request for emails to be overburdensome for the district, I now resubmit and reduce my request to a single person over a six-month period. I am requesting all emails between Don Markese, Director of IT, and Bark, Bark LLC, BArk for schools. during the time frame of 9/1/2019 and 3/1/2020. I would like the record to show that I have now twice reduced my request significantly to reduce the burden on the district. Should this request also be denied, I will have no other option but to appeal the denial to the Government Records Council (GRC). Should you deny this request I am asking for the estimate on the financial reimbursement to the district to satisfy the request should this need to go before the GRC.
