Dear Gloucester Township,
There seems to be a dispute over what times emails are coming in and what emails have been received and not received. This can easily be figured out by looking at email logs. Since Glotwp.com is using Mimecast for it's email filtering we can that information form there. This is done from the MImecast Administration Console. Alternatively this data can be retrieved from your message tracking logs in Office 365 if your administrator cannot access the Mimecast console.
Please provide the logs for 10/23/2023 for the email account associated with the Egov system. (Possibly [email address] or [email address])
