Dear Requestor,

I have attached the OPRA response for the beachwoodusa.com email for Susan A Minock, RMC. The email address of the Borough Webmaster has been redacted. The hosting company has provided a written response to the Borough Webmaster who forwarded to the Borough.

I am currently seeking the email logs for the comcast.net for Susan A Minock, RMC through Comcast. I have provided a written request to Comast seen as attached. I am told bu Comcast the request can take up to 21 days to process so I'm requesting an extension to September 18th to respond.

It is September 18th and I don't have the information from Comcast as of yet. I heard from their Legal Response Department (on September 7, 2018) who indicated they will format the email logs to accommodate your OPRA request. It is still in the works. I will provide the information upon receipt, however, I have no date of when that will occur. In good faith, I'm requesting to further the extention to October 5, 2018 in hopes that I will receive the information at that point.
