Hello,
Your request for an e-mail log of all e-mails from and to the
Superintendent/CSA of Wallkill Valley, and the Board of Education members
during the period from 12/01/23 through 08/29/24 a log of all emails
between the board members themselves during the above mentioned dates is
denied because it is overbroad. It fails to seek specific identifiable
government records and is therefore invalid under OPRA pursuant to Paff v.
Galloway Twp., 229 N.J. 340 (2017), MAG Entertainment, LLC v. Division of
Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J.Super. 534 (App. Div. 2005), Bent v.
Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30 (App. Div. 2005), New
Jersey Builders Association v. New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing,
390 N.J. Super. 166 (App. Div. 2007) and the Council’s decision in Schuler
v. Borough of Bloomsbury, GRC Complaint No. 2007-151 (February 2009).
