Email log / OPRA requests
Dear Kenilworth Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A log of all emails to/from Chief Zimmerman that shows the “sender,” “recipient,” “date,” and “subject” from November 26, 2018 to 12/12/18. See Paff v. Galloway Twp., 229 N.J. 340 (2017) (upholding OPRA request for log of emails of the chief of police and township clerk).
2. A copy of all OPRA requests that were filed from December 1, 2018 to present date. If the clerk keeps a log, I would happily accept the log of OPRA requests instead of the actual OPRA requests themselves.
