Dear Mary Moore,

You stated in your email Tuesday, that I could expect to have the records by yesterday. Yet another deadline was missed. I am trying to work with the Township rather than to pursue litigation, but the delays to this point have been out of compliance with the law as I have not been timely notified in most cases. The delay is months on a log that can be run in minutes.

Please produce today.
