Attached is an Excel spreadsheet of the email logs you requested, which
contains separate tabs for each sender/recipient.
With respect to the redacted portion of the 5-1-19 email logs for Council
President Curtis Jenkins and Councilman Fuentes, the information is
exempted from disclosure as a litigation matter subject to the
attorney-client privilege.
With respect to the redacted portions of Jason J. Asuncion’s email log,
the information is exempted from disclosure under OPRA as an employee’s
personnel matter that is currently under investigation and also subject to
the attorney-client privilege.
This completes the City’s record response for your OPRA request.
