You mentioned a certain number of redactions yet there are some emails in the email log that are cut off, why? Why are there so many repeats of the same ones? Why is the font size so small? And why doesn't each email line have all the information? Please explain. Thank you.

As to the redactions, the response of the Cumberland County Prosecutors dated October 27, 2023 explains the basis for the redactions made, which are on the basis of criminal investigatory records, surveillance, security, tactical, investigative or operational techniques or measures, and reasonable civilian privacy. For clarity, there appear to only have been seven redactions made to your responsive record A, all of which were made by utilizing a black-out method so that the redaction is apparent.
As to why there is repeated information in the email log, I do not know why the generated email log would list entries more than once - in response to your request an email log was generated utilizing your requested parameters, and Responsive Record A is the information that was generated for that log.
As to the font size, that is because the information is condensed to fit onto a page such that the tables and order of information remains formatted. In order for the information in the "DATE", "FROM", "TO" and "SUBJECT" columns to appear next to each other so that it was apparent which information related to which email, I originally printed the information sized to fit the page so that the information would remain in its original column form on the page.
As to information being cut off in Responsive Record A - there does not appear to be any information cut off, except for what appears to be the first listed email address in the "TO" column on a certain number of entries - I do not know why the top half of some of these entries appears to not be showing entirely. In the interest of transparency, I will prepare a new document now that does not have this issue with cutting off the top of the information in the "TO" column - I have attached to this email as "Responsive Record A (Amended 10.30.23) a PDF which is a document that I created by copying and pasting the information from the Email Log originally provided as Responsive Record A into a word document. I have done this in the interest of making sure that all of the information provided is legible, as you have expressed concerns about the font size and column issues in the email log as originally generated and provided to me. I would just reiterate however that Responsive Record A as originally provided to you is the original Email Log as it was generated and provided to me and turned over to you. The attached Responsive Record A (amended 10.30.23) is a new document that I have created in the interest of transparency by copying and pasting the information out of the original record as it was originally generated for the purpose of addressing your current concerns about legibility.
As to your last question, which is, "why doesn't each line have all the information?", I do not understand your question. Your requested record was "Email log of AP Lesley Snock which shall include: To, From, Subject, Date, and Time. Beginning January 8, 2023 through February 8th, 2023". Responsive Record A appears to contain all of the information responsive to your request, with the apparent exception of the "TO" column occasionally cutting the top half off of the text of the first entry. I have presently attempted to remedy that issue with the attached Responsive Record A (Amended 10.30.23). If I am misunderstanding your question or to which responsive record you are referring, please let me know.
