Dear Need for Transparency:
First, I would like to apologize regarding the tardiness of this OPRA
request. I was out of the office on bereavement when the request came in
and was unaware that it had not been responded to.
After an internal review of your OPRA request, the communications between
the Municipal Manager Kevin Nerwinski, Mr. Bostock and Mr. Van Hise are
not subject to OPRA since they are not official business records of the
Township but personal correspondence and as such, will not be provided, as
requested.
