Dear Elizabeth Board of Education,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

#1: A copy of the fully executed settlement agreement between the Elizabeth Board of Education and Andre Viana in 2017. This agreement settled the claims alleged in a civil lawsuit initiated by Andre Viana against the Elizabeth Board of Education in 2014 under Docket No.: UNN-L-1959-14.

#2: A copy of all records, including but not limited to copies of any settlement check, purchase order, invoice relating to the Elizabeth Board of Education’s payment(s) of the settlement amount to Andre Viana pursuant to the settlement agreement referred to in Request #1.

#3: Copies of any and all releases by and between the Elizabeth Board of Education and Andre Viana concerning the allegations set forth in the Complaint filed under Docket No.: UNN-L-1959-14.
