Dear Wall Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) documents or statements sufficient to show the current annual salary of the Mayor and each member of the governing body.
2) documents or statements sufficient to show the salary paid to the Mayor and each member of the governing body during the year 2017.
3) documents or statements sufficient to show all benefits bestowed upon each elected official during the year 2017, including but not limited to health insurance, pension benefits, government vehicles, EZPass/parking permits, stipends/allowances, bonuses, cell phone bill reimbursement or other perks.

The Township of Wall (“Township”) Records Custodian received your Open
Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request on May 4, 2018. The seven (7) business
day deadline to respond to your request is May 15, 2018. The Township is
responding to your request within seven (7) business days after receipt of
your request as required by New Jersey law. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.
For ease of reference, the township notes that your OPRA request seeks the
