This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) documents or statements sufficient to show the current annual salary of the Mayor and each member of the governing body.
2) documents or statements sufficient to show the salary paid to the Mayor and each member of the governing body during the year 2017.
3) documents or statements sufficient to show all benefits bestowed upon each elected official during the year 2017, including but not limited to health insurance, pension benefits, government vehicles, EZPass/parking permits, stipends/allowances, bonuses, or other perks.
4) documents of statements sufficient to show all benefits bestowed upon each elected official during the year 2018, including but not limited to health insurance, pension benefits, government vehicles, EZPass/parking permits, stipends/allowances, bonuses, or other perks.
5) documents or statements sufficient to show all reimbursement payments made to each elected official during the year 2017.
6) documents or statements sufficient to show all reimbursement payments made to each elected official during the year 2018.

my payroll department to gather the ionformation and shold have a response
to you by Tuesday, May 15, though I hope to have it earlier.

Please clarify for me #5 & #6.
We have some elected officials who are also members of various
commissions. For example, the Shade Tree Commission. Sometimes, members
pay for small expenses and get reimbursed this expense from that
particular account.
Do you consider this a reimbursement under your OPRA request?

Yes, I would like records of all reimbursements paid by the Borough to any of Dunellen's elected officials in 2017 (#5) and 2018 (#6).
