Dear North Brunswick Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I am requesting electronic copies of all records relating to services performed for the Township of North Brunswick by EJ-7 Services during January and February 2026, including:

All purchase orders, contracts, proposals, estimates, quotes, bid documents, work orders, or other documents authorizing or requesting the services.

All invoices submitted by EJ-7 Services relating to the January 2026 work, including the invoice submitted on or around June 1, 2026, and any supporting documentation.

Any Business Registration Certificate (BRC), W-9, Certificate of Insurance, vendor application, vendor registration, or other qualification documents submitted by EJ-7 Services.

Records showing the date EJ-7 Services was first created, entered, or activated as a vendor in the Township's purchasing, accounts payable, or financial system.

Any records showing the date the Township first received documentation identifying EJ-7 Services as a business entity or vendor.

Any records identifying whether an owner, principal, employee, or representative of EJ-7 Services held any Township position, appointment, board or committee membership, employment, or other official role at the time the services were requested, performed, approved, invoiced, or paid.
