Dear Civil Service Commission,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

A list of job titles and applicable agencies governed by the Civil Service Commission that require a minimum of a Bachelor's degree for education.

I would also like to request a breakdown of current civil service employees in state service by their racial identification.
