We have received your OPRA request seeking “any open violations” for
several address locations, and your request is too broad. OPRA requests
are for specific, identifiable documents as per N.J.S.A 47:1A-1 et. seq. 
When submitting requests, you must detail the type/title, subject matter,
parties, resolution number, etc. of the requested documents; and the
relevant the date(s) or date range of said documents.

Violations and additional information from the Department of Property
Maintenance, are located on our website at
[1]http://www.eastorange-nj.gov. Scroll down and select the “OPEN DATA”
tab to be connected to the SDL Portal.  Once you complete the sign-up
process, you will be able to search any property in East Orange.  The
search option is user-friendly, and the "advance search" option will allow
you to search by block and lot.
