The records kept that put in place the previous use of the early warning system. The web address of the previous link the town had before it allegedly took it down to be replaced. The attorney general ordered the link to be put in place 60 day after may 2018 long before covid 19. I want the record showing you complied with that order. The order from command staff ordering its implementation.

The Belmar Police Department is currently in the process of implementing
new Guardian Tracking Software. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been
delayed. Once we are operational, an updated policy will be made available
