This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested: attorney general directive # 2018-3 statewide mandatory early warning systems
III. Public Accessibility and Confidentiality
requires all All EW System policies adopted by law enforcement agencies shall be made available to the public upon request and shall be posted on the agency's website.

The marlboro township police department has a website, I request the link that is on that website to these policies . If no link exists I would like to know why.

"The agency's chief executive shall assign personnel to conduct the EW System function.
Typically, the EW System should be administered by the agency's internal affairs unit."
I request the name of the person in charge of the EW function.
