Dear West Deptford Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested: Copies of all e-mails both sent and received by the following police department official using his Township computer during his work hours from any e-mail account other than the e-mail address associated with the Township, for example (but not limited to) a Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. account:

Please include all e-mails sent and received (that are able to be disclosed pursuant to NJSA 47:1A) from April 1, 2017 to January 1, 2018.
