E-mails and Text Messages
Dear Atlantic County Sheriff's Office,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) E-mail message(s) it its entirety sent/received by Timothy Reed February 20, 2020 with subject “Archive Social.” Please include any incoming/outgoing e-mails that originated this e-mail chain as well as any reply or forwarded e-mails of/from this e-mail chain. This specifically requests the original specifically named e-mail and all attached emails (replies, forwarded messages, etc).
2) E-mail message(s) in its entirety sent/received by Eric Scheffler on February 9, 2020 with subject “OPRA Request.” Please include any incoming/outgoing e-mails that originated this e-mail chain as well as any reply or forwarded e-mails of/from this e-mail chain. This specifically requests the original specifically named e-mail and all attached emails (replies, forwarded messages, etc).
3) All e-mail logs for [email address] and [email address] for January 1, 2020 through July 31, 2020. It is clearly evident that both of these e-mail addresses are used regularly for official business associated with the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office based upon review of a prior OPRA request of e-mail logs (dated February 13, 2020 and posted publicly on OPRAMachine). Due to the clear and evident regular use of these e-mail accounts for official business e-mails, these requested e-mail logs are therefore now public records subject to OPRA under NJ State Law.
4) Any/all text messages sent or received by Timothy Reed on both his official and personal cellular devices from January 1, 2020 through July 31, 2020 regarding OPRA requests and/or Archive Social.
5) Any/all text messages send or received by Eric Scheffler on both his official and personal cellular devices from January 1, 2020 through July 31, 2020 regarding OPRA requests and/or Archive Social.
