Dear Town of Hammonton,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

E-mail logs for Hammonton Police Chief Kevin Friel from July 15, 2020 to
October 1, 2020.

E-mail logs will provide a comprehensive list of dates, subjects, senders,
and recipients for the date range specified and will include all incoming
and outgoing e-mail logs to and from Chief Kevin Friel’s municipal e-mail
account.

This request is valid pursuant to  Paff v. Galloway Tp., 444 N.J. Super.
