E-mail from Office of Information Privacy

The request was successful.

Please accept this as my request for government records under both OPRA and the common law right of access. Thank you very much for your commitment to transparent government.

RECORDS REQUESTED:

I am informed that in or around mid-January to late-January 2023, an agency within the State of New Jersey, probably the Office of Information Privacy (established within the Department of Community Affairs by N.J.S.A. 47:1B-1(b)) sent letters or e-mails (probably the latter) to every municipal clerk in the state regarding the municipality's duty to appoint a redactor and/or a deputy redactor to assist in the implementation of Daniel's Law. I would like a copy of that letter or e-mail.
