AEI Consultants is performing NJDEP Due Diligence for the property located at 200-206 East 11th Street, Ocean City, NJ (Block 1106, Lot 6). Please provide information for any open/closed records regarding environmental reports, USTs, violations, land use, NJDEP and/or USEPA contacts and correspondences, building construction permits of new or old onsite, plumbing, HVAC, septic systems, rail-road easements, agreements, use, and/or deconstruction thereof.
