I am requesting, pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), copies of all existing records concerning the approved vehicular access for the properties located the 4000 block of Hudson Avenue, including but not limited to:

* Any approved site plans or surveys identifying approved driveways or curb cuts.
* Any driveway permits or curb cut permits issued for the property.
* Any construction permits, engineering approvals, zoning approvals, or planning board approvals relating to vehicular access.
* Any Certificates of Occupancy or Certificates of Approval identifying approved driveway access.
* Any records maintained by the Engineering, Construction, Zoning, or Public Works Departments identifying the property’s authorized driveway or curb cut, if any.

If no responsive records exist for any of the above categories, I request that the response indicate that no responsive records were located.
