1. Please provide town ordinance regarding opening, closing and modification of driveways

2. Please provide any information, permits, plans, and subsequent approvals or denials submitted by the owner of 132 east prospect st regarding the expansion of the one car original driveway, to it's current state of gravel encompassing approximately 1/3 of second st adjoining their property.
