Dear Bay Head Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1)Final revised plans dated 5/16/18 for Permit # 2056 related to driveway and walkway at 735 East Avenue to include all applications, drawings and sketches.
2)Copy of ordinance related to driveways, walkways and sidewalks which is currently in force and all prior revisions prior to 5/16/2018.
