ARTICLE 1. WORK
The Contractor shall complete all work required by the Contract Documents for the Louis St &
Courtlandt St Roadway Improvements, Specification No. 974-23, in complete conformance
with the Contract Documents and Resolution R-091259 for the total amount not to exceed
Seven Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand One Hundred Sixteen and26ll00 ($786,1 16.26).
ARTICLE 2. CONTRACT DRAWINGS
The drawings comprise of a set of drawings entitled Louis St & Courtlandt St Roadway
Improvements Specífication No. 974-23, dated JuIy 2023 and Bid Specifications dated July
