DPW Superintendent Information

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1.) PLEASE PROVIDE "ORIGINAL" HIRE DATE FOR CHARLES BOSCO FROM ORIGINAL PREVIOUS TIME HE WAS EMPLOYED AT FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP. THIS INFORMATION SHOULD INCLUDE DATE, TITLE AND SALARY UPON HIS HIRING AND DEPARTURE. PLEASE INCLUDE DEPARTURE DATE. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF HIS RESIGNATION LETTER OR DISMISSAL NOTICE.
2) Please provide the "CURRENT" Hire date / Hire salary for the DPW Superintendent Charles Bosco from CURRENT EMPLOYMENT at FTWP. Please also provide the date and the dollar amount for each and every raise he was given to and please include the resolutions/meeting minutes and certification(s) justifying each raise.
3.) Provide Superintendents weekly paid Salary and benefits paid out to include pension $ paid from "Suspension Date (March 2019) to Current".
