Any and all incident reports, arrest reports, CAD details, officer reports, officer or security narratives, law enforcement reports, probable cause findings, security reports, court summons if issued, for any incident regarding Rowan Police or Rowan Security regarding Police Case Number/ CAD # 23-000009, and 23-000010 from January 2023.

We are in receipt of your April 27, 2023 OPRA request. Pursuant to OPRA, a response from Rowan University is due within seven (7) business days, which is May 8, 2023. I have been advised by the responding Department that this is a very large incident file and will take some time to process. In light of this, the Department is requesting 7 days until May 15, 2023 to provide the response.
Unless we hear otherwise, we will assume there is no objection to our request.

Please accept this as Rowan’s completed response to your April 27, 2023 OPRA request (below) wherein you sought "all incident reports, arrest reports, CAD details, officer reports, officer or security narratives, law enforcement reports, probable cause findings, security reports, court summons if issued, for any incident regarding Rowan Police or Rowan Security regarding Police Case Number/ CAD # 23-000009, and 23-000010 from January 2023." Attached please find the CAD reports and Summons. The documents have been redacted pursuant N.J.S.A. 47:1A et seq. Specifically No. 1 - Privacy Interest - "a public agency has a responsibility and an
obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy."
I believe this is a full response to your OPRA request and Rowan will close this request unless you advise otherwise.
