Downed tree in area of 1800 Lawrence Road.

Records requested: To clarify my earlier request that was returned as unfounded, I am seeking the CAD records for the Lawrence Township Police Department and the Lawrence Township Public Works Department for a downed tree in the area of 1800 Lawrence Road AND Darrah Lane that required overtime for the removal of a tree from private property that caused a traffic hazard which required both a police and public works response. To aid in locating these records, the public works department responded after our normal working hours, therefore I am certain records exist. I am also requesting the names of the public employees both from both the police department and public works who responded. If you need further clarification on the location, I can provide you with the residents name as well as the block and lot number where the incident occurred if you wish, in order to aid the appropriate department in locating these records.

Your request was sent again to the appropriate department (s) for review. As previously indicated, there are "no records" responsive to your OPRA request.
The work performed due to the down tree in the area of 1800 Lawrence Road was completed by NJDOT, as Route 206 is State highway.
The road work performed on Darrah Lane by the Public Works Department was due to a spill and repair work needed. The work order had nothing to do with a down tree in that area.
As detailed in the previous email, if you have specific knowledge that our public works department responded to this call after normal business working hours, please provide us with a specific date and time of the record you are seeking, so we can investigate your claim of existing records of overtime.
Otherwise, this matter is closed as there are "no responsive records" regarding your request.
