Good Morning,

Thanks for the prompt response. I'm going to go with a probationary temporary approval for the outside event.

I've imposed limitations on hours of operation, noise and crowd control measures and open thoroughfare for emergency vehicles.

Fingers crossed!

On another note. After reviewing the resolution for the Shammey Shine improvements I cannot find any discussion that might have considered a new free standing sign. There is a brief statement regarding the 32 sq.ft. sign over the car wash tunnel.

Do you recall any testimony on a 72 +/- sq.ft. pylon sign? (see attached) Permit application for this sign has been received.

Thanks

Jeff

Sorry -- I've been away for the past week. Heading home this morning, but didn't want you to have to wait on this.
It looks like they are proposing this in the parking lot area behind the buildings, with adequate distance from the adjacent properties. Assuming that there is zero vehicular traffic through the lot while this pop-up is running on the weekends, I don't think we have a planning issue.
Obviously, I leave the other code questions to you.

Jeff,

Please see attached.

I had emailed you on this a couple of weeks ago. Obviously they are serious about this venture. It's taken some time for them to provide this info for me.

Now I'm up against a somewhat unreasonable timeframe. The mayor has expressed her support of this operation moving forward.

I'm OK with the temp use.

Your thoughts please.

Thanks
