I received a application for permits from Paramount Realty, the new owners of the Country Griddle site.

Although no additions are proposed the plans indicate that the building will be divided in half. One side becoming Aspen Dental the other side City MD.

 

There is very little information provided regarding the overall site conditions. Front facade elevation changes are proposed in addition to providing separate entrances to the individual spaces.

 

The uses are certainly permitted in the HR zone however my initial feeling is that a Planning Bd. informal presentation at a minimum should be scheduled.

 

The plans are available for review if you have interest in a preliminary review prior to me responding to the owner.

 

I'm in the Borough Office Monday thru Thursday 7:00 - 11:00 if you want to set up a visit to discuss the proposed project.
