I'd have to give this some thought. Perhaps we need to loop Beth McManus in, just to make sure that we are being consistent with buffering needs for the residential use.

I've been contacted by an individual that intends to open an apparently extremely popular axe throwing facility.

Their intention is to complete a tenant fit out at the new structure on Stangl adjacent to Lone Eagle late summer / fall.

 

In the meantime in conjunction with Lone Eagle's Anniversary celebration they would like to set up a temporary throwing area in the rear lot of the unoccupied new structure. If successful they would like to continue the temp set up until fall. Hours of operation would mirror Lone Eagle. 

 

I've gone over some initial safety concerns with them from a design standpoint. However the outdoor use has me a bit concerned. Buffering to the adjacent residential properties could be an issue. 

Please let me know your thoughts.
