The Zoning ordinance generally covers Off Street Parking Req. for non residential Land Uses in Table 26.2. Section 2629.

You will not find specific numbers of req. spaces in DB Zone section 2620. References to parking within that section are only found in C. Accessory Uses and D. Conditional Uses.

Good afternoon,

I would like us to prioritize amending the ordinance governing non-residential parking minimums in the DB district. I would prefer we do this now rather than waiting for the master plan update.

Can we set up a time to meet to discuss? I’m free Friday after 1030 or Monday before 1030 (needed to be finished by 1030).

Other days will need to be after 5pm.
