I hope all is well with you and yours.

 

I have a couple issue that need your input.

 

1. I was approached by the new owner of the property previously owned by George Dilts. 

   B-37 L-12  The new owner would like to put a second floor on that building and expand

    the commercial use. When looking at the side yard setback requirements for the DB 

    zone the ordinance indicates  "0 side yard setback"   The existing building is 6' +/-

    from the line now. I want to make sure I'm not missing something. Either way I think

    I will refer the individual to the PB for the expansion of this commercial use.

 

2. I've been contacted by the potential new tenant of the former Boston Chicken space.

    Chipotle is looking at the site and has sent some architectural renderings / elevations 

    for a build facelift. No footprint change or changes to traffic circulation or parking.

    My thoughts are that no Board review is required but I want to run it by you so there

    are no surprises.
