Dear Maywood Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I would like a copy of all video footage (body camera or dash camera) or audio footage from the incident with the shooting of the dog in a traffic stop on or about February 10, 2020.

The investigation exemption does not apply as the investigation began after the shooting.

This office is in receipt of your OPRA request regarding audio and video from an incident involving the shooting of a dog during a traffic stop on or about February 10, 2020.

Please be advised that there was no such incident in the Borough of Maywood, said incident happen in Ringwood.

At this time OPRA #111-20 is considered complete.
