This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

copies of every dog license issued and on record listing any registered animal for the residents of 50 Knoll Terr, block: 213.01 lot: 28, from 12/1/2020 to 1/1/2022. copies of any dog bite forms or records filed against the residents of said property, 50 Knoll Terr.

The Monmouth County Board of Health was contacted. I have not received a
