For clarification, to prevent your request from being rejected or overly
broad, please let us know the following:
1. The date rane you are looking within is 08/13/2018 to 10/13/2018
correct?
2. Our files are not sorted specifically into dog bite reports but we do
have bite reports. Is it acceptable to fulfill this request with bite
reports within the specified time frame?

All bite reports will include the dog bite reports. Records Custodians do
not do research through documents to fulfill requests so much as retrieve
the files. We also don't have very many bite reports in general.
