I received this response from another town. It appears that the dog and cat licenses are exempt)
*The information (Dog and Cat pet licenses) you have requested is exempt from disclosure pursuant to what is commonly referred to as the privacy exemption. More specifically, the information you request concerning the names and addresses of pet license holders/applicants has been ruled exempt from disclosure by the Government Records Council. You may refer to Berstein v. Borough of Allendale, GRC Complaint # 2004-195.
