Your Opra request is denied for privacy reasons pursuant to Knehr V. Township of Franklin, GRC 2012-38.
We are aware that other towns allow this. We do Not. We respect the privacy of our residents and concern for their safety. Although I understand your reason for wanting this information, there are others who may request this information and use it for nefarious purposes. The Borough stands on the privacy and safety issue for our Residents. Thank you.
