Dear Buena Borough Fire District #2,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

All documents being used to support the spending of public funds for the use of capital improvement projects as listed in a Special Meeting Notice scheduled for December 22, 2022 (purchase of 800MHZ Radios, Replacement of a Kitchen Hood and Supression System & a Fire Station Study) posted in The Press of Atlantic City. Please include items such as bids, quotes, RFPs showing vendors, rates and costs of items.

Attached are the documents you requested pertaining to the Capital Expenditures for the 2023 budget. The Fire Station study was removed from the Capital Expenditures 2023 budget proposal, so therefore was not included in this response. A full explanation of these expenditures will be given at our January 10th Public Hearing.

This OPRA request shall be considered complete at this time. Thank you.
