Dear Hanover Township School District,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any and all documents, emails or letters received from or sent to the Pacific Justice Institute or any of its affiliated entities or its Attorney, Karyn White, by any Board Member or any member of the Administration of the Hanover Township Public Schools District.

Dear Ms. Wolsky,
First, I note that your email is giving an automated reply that you are out of the office until April19th yet you responded on April 17.
Are we really going to play this game? Are you really going to rely on this form letter.
The request was for:
"Any and all documents, emails or letters received from or sent to the Pacific Justice Institute or any of its affiliated entities or its Attorney, Karyn White, by any Board Member or any member of the Administration of the Hanover Township Public Schools District."
Your claim that the request "fails to identify with reasonable clarity any particular records sought" is utter nonsense.
The request specifies "emails or letter" as what I seek.
The request specifies who these would come from or be directed to: Pacific Justice Institute or its attorney, Karyn White.
The request specifies the persons in your district: board members and administration.
Your response is obviously an attempt to avoid or delay sending the documents requested.
If I do not receive a full response by Monday, April 22, 2024, I will be happy to take further action through the GRC or Superior Courts and I am confident in my success in either forum. I will also demand attorneys fees.
Finally, I remind you again that OPRA request below is due by April 19,2024:
"3) Documents from insurance company insuring the district in the policy referenced in items 1 and 2 indicating that the insurance company will be covering some or all of the attorney’s fees incurred by the Hanover Township School District in the lawsuits or proceedings referenced in items 1 and 2, as indicated publicly by BOE attorney Giacobbe."
