Copies of all complaints. Copies of all correspondence either by mail, email, court proceeding, phone recordings by or to John Moran. Copy of landlord registration; updated. Copy of landlord insurance required by nj law. Copy of any home inspections done, fire Marshal inspection, any active liens on the property.
