Good Morning,

 

While your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request identifies an address
(i.e. 11 Insley Avenue, Rutherford, NJ), your request does not identify
any recognizable government record (i.e. “illegal tenancy” is not a
category of government record maintained by the Borough of Rutherford),
nor does it provide for a time frame to search for any record, even if
such record existed.  I am therefore requesting a clarification of your
request which set forth an identifiable record pertaining to the property
and the time frame for which you are seeking records.  Note, that no
further action will be taken on this OPRA until we hear back from you.
