I am looking to receive copies of documents, reports, studies, etc. related to the road resurfacing project on 3rd Street, near Waverly.
Thank you,

Good Afternoon,
I received your OPRA request dated September 7, 2021 on September 8, 2021
requesting “copies of documents, reports, studies, etc. related to the
road resurfacing project on 3^rd Street, near Waverly.”
Your request is overly broad and fails to identify with reasonable clarity
the specific records sought as is required by Bent v. Stafford Police
Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005).
At this time, please clarify your OPRA request. Please respond in
writing and identify the specific records sought so I may process your
request.
Failure to provide written clarification of your request will result in
the closure of this OPRA request.
If you are unable to identify the specific records sought you may, by
appointment, review the file(s) to determine the records you wish to be
copied.
There may also be oversized plans which would require outsourcing for
duplication.
Thank you.
Michele Clark
