Dear Diane Ambrosio,
I am replying to your response to my request
I just want to verify that there are no emails, or any other written agreement between the township of ocean and the Greenbriar Oceanaire homeowners association regarding their contribution to the engineering Work for Pancoast Road and Route nine
I raised this question is how put an agreement be reached if there is no documentation between the parties
Yours sincerely,
Brian Hagal
It was a discussion. I have attached the letter from the Township Engineer to the Township of Ocean that was shared with the Board members at the meetings.
