Dear Northfield City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. Any and all documents related to Janice Fipp specifically ethics complaints lodged against her while either Principal or Superintendent of Northfield Schools.
2. Settlement agreement between Carol Fergueson and Northfield Schools whereas $437,500 was paid to Fergueson as a result of litigation caused by Fipp in 2013.
3. Any and all relevant documents related to complaints, discipline and or other conduct by Fipp while either Principal or Superintendent of Northfield Schools.
4. Fipps departure agreement from Northfield Schools in 2014.
