Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Records requested: any records associated with 221 Spring Street including but not limited to liens, outstanding taxes, any type of permits filed and completed and/or outstanding, fines, violations, outstanding utility bills, and any other documents associated with 221 Spring Street.
